It is a dietary supplement extracted from the African Griffonia simplicifolia plant. Griffonia simplicifolia is a plant growing in the western African countries.

The finished extract , called 5-HTP is the intermediate between L- Tryptophan and Seratonin. It is a potent nutrient, which is effective in reducing nervous stress, such as anxious, aggressive, irritable depression.

At the same time , 5-HTP can help promote sleeping, boost the liver function, and be good for healing and restoration of the brain's Autonomic Nervous System.
